How to make an Investment Choice / Fund Switch

Step 1: Select the way you would like to switch your investment choice / fund

Step 2: Select an investment choice / fund you would like to switch out from your existing balance

* Only Switch Out by Amount or Percentage is available for Deposit/Cash Fund



Step 3: Input the Switch Out Amount / Percentage / Units next to the investment choice / fund you would like to switch out

* Only numeric digit is allowed for input
* Switch Out Amount should be maximum 2 decimal places
* Switch Out Percentage should be a whole number

* Switch Out Units should be maximum 4 decimal places
 



Step 4: Select an investment choice / fund you would like to switch in to your existing balance, and click the “SUBMIT” button to proceed

* To perform multiple investment choice / fund switches in the same request, click the “ADD ROW” button and repeat Steps 2 – 4. If it is not applicable, go to next step.



Step 5: Verify the details and click the “CONFIRM” button to complete your instruction

Step 6: After your submission is completed, a reference number will be assigned and displayed on screen

Step 7: You can click “Transaction Log” on the left, then click the respective Transaction Description hyperlink to check the transaction status and details
