As I travel frequently, do I have to take out insurance for each trip?No. Our annual travel insurance policy covers you for a whole year for as many trips as you wish.

What does my policy cover?You need to study the terms, exclusions and conditions of your travel insurance policy carefully to avoid disputes. For example, many travel policies state that if a loss of baggage/money is not reported to the local police/the carrier within 24 hours this is not covered by the policy.
Will my travel policy also cover my sports activities?You need to ensure that you choose the correct policy to cover your sports of choice while on holiday (water skiing, scuba diving, etc). It is common that you may need to pay extra for adventure sports.
What help can I get if I have an accident outside Hong Kong?Always carry your Travel Emergency Assistance Service Card with you when travelling. This holds all your important policy details and emergency telephone numbers for assistance outside Hong Kong.
What is Personal Accident Insurance?This covers you against accidental bodily injury caused by external, violent and visible means. You are also covered if, within 12 months, this injury leads to death or permanent disability.
Can my medical expenses also be covered?Yes. Your policy can be extended to include medical expenses incurred due to an accident.
Under what types of conditions is the claim not payable?For example, intentional self injury, suicide, or attempted suicide; under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs; breach of law or criminal intent.
What should I do if I am in an accident?DO:* Obtain the name, phone number and address of the other driver / people involved.* Note their car registration number and the make of car* Request the name of their insurance company, their policy or certificate number.* Note name, phone number and address of independent witnesses and make a rough diagram of the accident* If the other party is at fault, lodge a complaint to the police* Report the accident either in writing or by phone to us ASAP, even if you do not intend to make a claim. If by phone, your written confirmation should followDO NOT:* Discuss who was to blame for the accident* Admit responsibility* Attempt to settle with any other party involved
What does Domestic Helper insurance cover?It covers personal accident, medical, dental and hospital expenses as well as repatriation expenses. There is also cover for temporary replacement expenses.
What does Golfers Insurance Policy cover ?The policy covers from personal liability and accident to your personal effects and equipment. You are also covered for a hold-in-one.
Does the policy cover me when I'm playing golf outside of Hong Kong?Yes. It offers worldwide coverage as long as you are playing at a recognised golf club.
What does this policy cover?Loss of (or damage to) the vessel and liabilities to third parties and passengers.
Who can claim against my third-party liability?Any third party (including passengers) except your employees.
