Objectives 1. To accelerate the development of high potential personnel for future succession planning 2. To cultivate a group of officers & professionals who share the Manulife values and its goal vision 3. To develop a group of experts who possess the core competencies of the business operations balanced with diversified experience and broad exposure 4. To facilitate the expansion of Manulife business in the international arena Program ArchitecturePhase I - Induction Program (5 days)Objectives: 1. To understand the Company structure, its core values and vision 2. To get to know the Hong Kong and Asia Management teams 3. To understand the basic operations of different functional areas
Phase II - Rotation Period (18 months)Objectives: 1. To develop an in-depth knowledge of the different operations of a functional area 2. To understand the inter-relationships among departments and functional areas 3. To develop a brief knowledge and understanding of the operations of each different department related to the Sponsored department 4. To develop and practice interpersonal skills 5. To develop the required language ability 6. To involve in Projects in each of the department 7. To undertake Life Office Management Association, Inc (LOMA) exam
Phase III - 6 monthsObjectives: 1. To further develop in-depth skills and knowledge of the sponsored department 2. To develop and practice supervisory skills, if applicable 3. To achieve the designation of Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI)
