How is switching or redemption done?
Simply complete our Switching Form or our Redemption Form and return it to us. You can call our investment hotline for a redemption/switching form.
 
Can I place redemption/switching orders by fax?
Yes, you can place the switching/redemption order by fax if you have taken the fax option in the account opening form. Otherwise, you need to mail the form to us or submit the form in person to our office.
 
What is the minimum balance in individual funds?
Manulife Global Fund A shares: the minimum balance in individual funds is HKD1,560,000.
Manulife Global Fund AA shares: the minimum balance in individual funds is HKD20,000
 
How long will it take to make redemption payment?
Payment will normally be made within five Business Days, and in any event not more than 30 days, of receipt by the Hong Kong Representative of all required redemption documentation. Out of consideration for the postage delivery, investors are also reminded that payment of redemption proceeds will be delayed if cheque payment is requested.
