We grow and succeed with our people. The Long Service Award is here to recognize the contribution and commitment of our long-tenure employees. Those with multiples of five years of service in the Company will receive unique mementoes in an annual staff event presented by senior management.
The Quarter Century Club was established in 1954 to express management's appreciation to Manulifers' long and loyal commitment to the Company. Existing or retired employees located in all over the world who have 25 years of service with the Company are eligible for Club membership. Every year, they will be invited to a high table dinner with the Company's senior management.
