Guy Mills is Chief Executive Officer of Manulife (International) Limited, overseeing all Manulife’s businesses and distribution in Hong Kong and Macau, except mutual-funds business.
Mr. Mills has some 20 years of practical experience with Manulife since he started in 1995. He has held progressive technology and operations management roles within Manulife’s Canadian, Asian and Corporate divisions including a two-year assignment in Tokyo, Japan, during the first decade of his career at Manulife.
In 2005, Mr. Mills relocated to the Philippines to head up Manulife’s Business Processing Services, the company’s global-resourcing capabilities facility, as its first Chief Executive Officer. He built a world-class global-resourcing practice of more than 2,000 employees located in Manila, Chengdu and Kuala Lumpur over his five-year tenure.
He was then appointed Chief Operating Officer of Manulife’s Asia Division, responsible for operations, customer service, brand development and communications across the region, before moving to China to oversee the company’s life-insurance joint venture.
Before emigrating to Canada and joining Manulife Financial, Mr. Mills held information-technology positions in the United Kingdom with Clerical Medical Investment Group and National Westminster Bank.
He holds an MBA degree from both University of Washington in St. Louis, US, and Fudan University in Shanghai, China.

Luzia Hung is Senior Vice President, Head of Employee Benefits of Manulife Hong Kong, and Chief Executive Officer of Manulife Provident Funds Trust Company Limited. She is leading all Manulife’s pensions and group life and health insurance businesses in Hong Kong.
She is in charge of leading and growing these two businesses and providing direction and business strategy. Her job involves overseeing new product design, pricing, sales and marketing, channel strategy, risk management and new initiatives, and taking leadership role in liaising with the relevant regulatory authorities. Ms Hung is a member of the Hong Kong Senior Management Team.
Under Ms Hung’s leadership, Manulife’s Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) market share grew from 17.4% in September 2010 to a record 19.4% as at December 2015, and its MPF fund platform has become the most comprehensive in Hong Kong with 27 fund choices. In 2015, Manulife announced an agreement with Standard Chartered Bank to acquire its existing pension businesses in Hong Kong and to become its exclusive MPF distribution partner for a 15-year period, subject to regulatory approval.
Before joining Manulife, Ms Hung worked for a Europe based international insurance and pensions company as its Chief of Pension & Group Business, overseeing both the Pension and Group Insurance Division and was responsible for the distribution, marketing and operations management of the Retirement, Group Medical, Group Life and other general insurance businesses.
Prior to this, Ms Hung worked for a leading global financial institution for 19 years, becoming General Manager and Head of Employee Benefits before moving to Retirement Benefits following the launch of the Mandatory Provident Fund Scheme. Ms Hung spent the earlier part of her career in private bank and multinational corporations.
Ms Hung is a Director of the Manulife Provident Funds Trust Company Limited. She is also the Chairman of both the Executive Committee and the Profile and Event Sub-Committee of the Hong Kong Retirement Scheme Association as well as a Life Insurance member for the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers. She also serves in the Executive Committee of the Insurope network.
Born in Macau and educated in Canada, Ms Hung holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from McMaster University in Canada.
Nigel Ke is Chief Financial Officer, Manulife (International) Limited, responsible for overseeing the financial functions of Manulife’s operations in Hong Kong, including financial reporting, financial planning and control, capital management and planning, asset-liability management, treasury and other finance-related matters. As a member of Manulife Hong Kong’s Senior Management Team, Mr. Ke also plays an active part in the overall strategy and direction of Manulife Hong Kong’s operation.
Mr. Ke joined Manulife Financial in 2008, and was most recently Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Asia, taking charge of the region’s financial reporting and planning, capital management and planning, product review and asset-liability management.
He has more than 20 years of insurance-finance and risk-management experience in Asia and Australia. Before joining Manulife, he was Executive Vice President and CFO of a leading international insurance group’s operation in Japan, and the chief actuary for its Korean operation.
Mr. Ke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.

Wilton Kee is Vice President and Chief Product Officer, Individual Financial Products, Manulife (International) Limited. As a member of Manulife Hong Kong’s senior management team, he is responsible for heading up marketing actuarial, product development and finance and management information system function for the individual financial products business, in which he plays an active part in its overall strategy and direction.
Mr. Kee joined Manulife in 2013 as Assistant Vice President & Pricing Officer, Individual Financial Products, Hong Kong, overseeing its marketing actuarial functions.
As a key driver in the revitalization of its Hong Kong product portfolio, Mr. Kee has revamped Manulife’s products substantially, making them more customer-focused, competitive and timely to market over the last three years. On top of this, he has been instrumental in helping the company build new bancassurance business by developing unique customer solutions for the clients of some of the leading banks in Hong Kong.
Mr. Kee also has solid experience in actuarial pricing, financial reporting and risk management, both in Hong Kong and Japan. He spent the earlier part of his career in the Asia regional office of a leading international insurance group.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Hong Kong and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) of the United States. He has also attained the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation issued by the Global Association of Risk Professionals and holds a Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF).

Isabella Lau is Chief Customer Officer, Manulife (International) Limited, responsible for Manulife’s Customer Relationship Management, Corporate Communications and Customer Service functions, as well as being involved in strategic projects in Hong Kong. Ms Lau drives the company’s continuous effort in service enhancement, particularly in the areas of customer-information management, the call centre and the customer website. She had been with a leading advertising agency before embarking on a career in financial services.

Lawrence Nutting is Chief Distribution Officer, Manulife (International) Limited and is on the Board of Manulife Provident Funds Trust Company Limited. He heads up all Manulife’s distribution channels in Hong Kong, covering the agency force and partnership distribution including banks, brokers and independent financial advisors. Mr. Nutting plays a key role in further increasing Manulife’s distribution capacity in the territory.
With extensive expertise in distribution management, Mr. Nutting has more than 30 years of experience in insurance marketing. He joined Manulife Hong Kong as Assistant Vice President, Regional Agency Development and Training, Asia in January 2003, responsible for heading the Manulife University for agency-management development and regional-agency training functions.
He then transferred to Manulife-Sinochem in August 2004 as Vice President China Agency Development and subsequently General Manager of the Shanghai Branch. Under his leadership, the Branch became the leader in terms of agency sales in Shanghai among foreign-invested insurers.
Mr. Nutting holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Master of Business Administration. He has received the designations of Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant. He is also a Fellow of the Life Management Institute.

Andrew Tiernan is both the Head of Strategy and of the Head of Project Management Office at Manulife (International) Limited. As a member of Manulife Hong Kong’s Senior Management Team, Mr. Tiernan plays a leading role in the businesses overall strategy development. He is also responsible for prioritization and governance of the project portfolio for Hong Kong.
Mr. Tiernan has extensive expertise in banking, insurance, pensions and investments. He has a proven track record ranging from business implementation, corporate engagement, reorganizations to advice-based customer value propositions.
Prior to joining Manulife, he was a Hong Kong-based Head of Strategy, Asia for an Australian bank. He also held senior management positions at a wealth management company, including as General Manager, Development based in Beijing and as Head of Income Streams in Sydney. These roles honed his abilities in strategy development and implementation, capability assessments, market entry, governance and establishing new business lines.

He holds a Juris Doctor degree from the United States and is a qualified lawyer in Hong Kong, the United States and the United Kingdom. He started off his career in private practice as a litigator for insurance companies.

Mark Van den Broek is Chief Information Officer & Chief Operations Officer of Manulife (International) Limited. Before joining Manulife, he held a number of senior management positions, most recently as regional chief information officer of AXA Asia, responsible for its IT strategy, delivery, security and operations for all Business units across the Asia region.
Mark holds a first-class honours degree in Business Studies from Imperial College London. He is also a holder of the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
