Since you're on our website our On-line Service Centre may be your preference for accessing your Manulife MPF account. Our online functions include: view balances, transfer funds, check your last contribution. And if you have other products with Manulife you can see a consolidated view of information on all those products too.
If our On-line Service Centre isn't always most convenient we also provide: Smart Call (interactive voice response). Our Call Centre (when only a human voice will do). And we aren't entirely paperless. Our MPF customers also get a quarterly benefit statement and newsletter.
Like all the other MPF providers we've only been in the MPF business since December 2000. But Manulife has been in Hong Kong for over 100 years and our experience in managing pension scheme goes back to 1936.
