You are advised to first approach our company to lodge the complaint. This would give us a chance to look into the matter so that we can resolve your complaint at an early stage. In most cases, we will be capable of sorting out your problem without any need for an industry or regulatory body to get involved. If you are still not satisfied with the way we have dealt with your complaint, you may seek the independent review of your case by the relevant industry or regulatory body below:
