Manulife eClaims service - We make claims simple!

Manulife's innovative online claims platform allows individual and group medical policy customers1 to submit claims for single outpatient and hospitalization receipts not exceeding HKD1,200 and HKD3,0002 respectively. Making an eClaim is very simple, and can be done anywhere, anytime:

Claims can be submitted electronically, which means you can do it on the go using your mobile phone, computer or tablet.

No password needed for login

We have made it much simpler for you to verify your identity, so you do not need a password or insurance policy number to log in.

For outpatient and hospitalization claims not exceeding HKD1,200 and HKD3,000 respectively, there’s no need to submit original receipts or supporting documents.

1. Applicable to individual and insured member of selected group medical policies only. Manulife may, without prior notification, offer or suspend the service at its discretion.
2. For outpatient: each receipt amount up to HKD1,200. Outpatient claims cover consultations with general practitioners or specialists, Chinese medical practitioners, x-ray and laboratory fees, etc. For hospitalization: each receipt amount up to HKD3,000. Hospitalization claims cover hospitalization or outpatient surgery, pre- and post-hospitalization care, etc.
3. Applicable to outpatient claims only.
4. Please keep your original receipts and documents for 120 days upon completion of the claim as we may request them for verification.
