Hong Kong – Manulife Hong Kong has announced its sponsorship of the “CHIIKAWA DAYS” Exhibition, a large-scale CHIIKAWA-themed exhibition organized by the creative brand AllRightsReserved. Opening on August 1, 2025, the exhibition will take place at K11 MUSEA and the Tsim Sha Tsui Harbourfront. This event brings together a wide array of classic CHIIKAWA scenes, all centered around the four themes of clothing, food, shelter, and action.

As the principal sponsor, Manulife aims to demonstrate its ongoing commitment to promoting emotional well-being—a key pillar of holistic health—by inviting the public to rediscover joy in life’s simple moments through the whimsical world of CHIIKAWA and friends.

CHIIKAWA has quickly become one of the most popular characters in Japan today, and is growing exponentially in popularity around the globe. In the lead-up to the “CHIIKAWA DAYS” Exhibition, CHIIKAWA characters’ art will appear in city-wide collaborations throughout Hong Kong, including a Pop-Up exhibition at Manulife Tower.

The Pop-Up exhibition will feature four sets of standee art installation of CHIIKAWA and friends, offering delightful photo opportunities and a chance for fans to connect with the characters in a more personal setting.

The “CHIIKAWA DAYS” Exhibition features over 100 3D sculptures, a 9-metre-tall giant inflatable set, and lifelike recreations of beloved manga scenes. Adding a uniquely local flavour, CHIIKAWA’s illustrator Nagano has specially created an exclusive “YUM CHA” collection, transforming CHIIKAWA and friends into adorable versions of classic dim sum dishes like “har gow” and “siu mai”.
