ORSO scheme to suit different needs

ManuFlex (MIL) is the pooled retirement plan for employers with a wide range of investment choices. It currently provides a total of 18 investment funds under Hong Kong dollar policy and 9 investment funds under US dollar policy covering diversified fund choices of equity funds, bond funds, mixed assets funds and guaranteed funds. With our diversified fund platform, you and/or your employees can choose a selection of investment funds based on your investment appetites in accordance with the provisions in the policy.

  • Member Online Service: Members can conveniently view and manage their personal portfolio including personal information, account and contribution status (including summaries of account movements and daily transactions) and perform fund switching^ by simply login to our customer website.
  • Smart Call Service – 2108 1313: With this interactive voice response system, you may check the latest market value of your fund balance, keep track of fund prices, and even switch funds^ at anytime.
  • Member Hotline – 2108 1388: Our professionally trained customer service staff are just a phone call away to answer your inquiries.
  • Annual Benefit Statement: We provide a detailed bilingual annual benefit statement showing account balance and contribution amount. Members can also login to our customer website to view their account status anytime, anywhere.
  • Investment Information Update: Visit and peruse our reports on fund performance and fund managers’ comments presented by our investment experts.
  • Customer Service Center: You may visit our customer service center located conveniently in Kwun Tong if you need any help.
