We are committed to protecting the environment through continuous improvement of our services. To reduce paper consumption, we are happy to provide you with our e-Statement service covering the following statements and notices:

By registering for this service, an e-Alert will be sent to your registered email address once a new e-Statement is ready. You can login our website www.manulife.com.hk to view or download your e-Statements. The respective paper statements will not be sent by mail.

You may change your setting for Individual Insurance / Wealth Management e-Statement by the following ways:

  • Login to our website www.manulife.com.hk
    (Select "Individual Insurance / Wealth Management > e-Statement" at the top > Click "Setting" at the top right > Change your setting and click "Confirm")
  • Call our Smart Call on (852) 2018 1313
    (See the Call Menu for steps)
