We are committed to bringing you a secure online experience. This November, we will launch two-factor authentication to enhance the security of your personal online account.

What this means for you

Starting November 2019, whenever you log in to our website, in addition to your password, you will need to input a one-time PIN (OTP), which will be sent to your registered email address or by SMS to your registered mobile number.

Please keep your contact information up-to-date

To ensure continued access to our online services, please update your mobile number and email address by one of the following means:

  • Log in through our website and go to the “Account Setting” page to update contact information; or
  • Complete and return the Change of Contact Details Form to us by fax or by mail.
