Entry Requirements for C.E.O. Program:

Holder of a bachelor’s degree (or higher qualifications)

With an annual income of HKD300,000 (or above)
Has solid working experience, is self-motivated and passionate about the financial planning industry

Holder of an Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or equivalent

With an annual income of HKD360,000 (or above)
Has solid working experience, is self-motivated and passionate about the financial planning industry

F.5 / HKDSE graduates or equivalent

With an annual income of HKD420,000 (or above)
Has solid working experience, is self-motivated and passionate about the financial planning industry

At Manulife, financial planning consultants who have successfully obtained the relevant qualifications will become professional wealth management advisors regulated and recognized by the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers (HKFI) and the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC).
