Quotes from LEAD program Management Associates:

These months have been a wonderful opportunity for me to take up relatively high-level tasks and develop practical skills. Not only was I able to adopt a local perspective to identify possible difficulties in running the business and learn about their mode of operation, but also a regional perspective to gain greater exposure”

Having spent my first 6 months in the HK Chief Information Office, what I have experienced is far more than just going through routine tasks. Rather, I’ve learned a lot about WHY and HOW we are transforming our customer experiences through technology. Thanks for the opportunities to meet with agents, customers and operators to learn about various expectations and challenges they have encountered on the road of transformation.”
