Starting from November 2025, MIL will officially re-domicile from Bermuda to Hong Kong pursuant to the HKSAR government's new company re-domiciliation regime, subject to relevant regulatory approvals. General terms and conditions of the meet up reward(Hong Kong)

  1. The promotional period is valid from July 11, 2025 at 9 a.m. to July 25, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (Hong Kong Time) (“Promotional Period”).
  2. Coffee eGift Voucher ("the Voucher") is applicable to first 5,000 participants ("Participants") who successfully register through the designated registration page and complete a meeting with the designated Manulife insurance advisor or Manulife's distribution partner assigned after registration during the Promotional Period (hereinafter referred to as "the Offer"). Total quota of the Voucher is 5,000 and are available on first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last. For the avoidance of doubt, the first 5,000 eligible Participants will be determined based on Manulife’s system records.
  3. Eligible Participant who completes the meeting during the Promotional Period can enjoy the following meet up reward based on specific conditions:
    a) If you are an existing customer of Manulife, you can enjoy a HK$50 Voucher as an Offer. An existing customer refers to an existing policyholder of any Manulife insurance policy (excluding individual policies held by corporate clients), employee members covered under a Group Life & Health insurance plan or a customer holding a Manulife MPF/ORSO account, with the relevant policy or MPF/ORSO account successfully approved or established on or before July 10, 2025, and still valid at the start of the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt, products such as General Insurance distributed by Manulife and asset management solutions by Manulife Investment Management (Hong Kong) Limited (including but not limited to mutual funds and unit trusts etc.) will not be considered under the definition of an existing customer; or
    b) If you are not an existing customer, you can enjoy HK$25 Voucher as an Offer.
  4. Manulife will perform mapping between the personal information you provided and Manulife's records to identify the status of existing customers. Manulife is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of the personal information provided by participants. If the submitted information is incorrect/inaccurate and leads to the failure to verify the status of existing customers, Manulife will not reissue the Offer.
  5. This promotion is only open to individuals aged 18 or above.
  6. This meet up must be held in Hong Kong.
  7. Upon the completion of the meet up within the Promotional Period, Participants who are eligible to receive the Offer will receive the Offer notification email. Participants shall download the Voucher from the designated redemption webpage within the specified period as stated in the Offer notification email.
  8. The Voucher is subject to terms and conditions. Please refer to the terms and conditions of use of the Voucher for details.
  9. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and is non-replaceable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
  10. Each Participant shall only be entitled to the Offer once.
  11. Participants acknowledge, agree and accept that Manulife is not the supplier of the Voucher and makes no representation, warranty or undertaking in and shall not be liable in any way for any fault, negligence and/or default in relation to the provision and use of the Voucher provided by the relevant supplier(s). Any disputes arising from the Voucher shall be resolved between the Participant and the relevant supplier(s). The use of the Voucher shall be subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated by the supplier(s) of the Voucher from time to time.
  12. Manulife will not be responsible for and will not re-issue or refund any lost, damaged, stolen, or expired Vouchers.
  13. Manulife financial advisors and Manulife’s distribution partners are not allowed to participate in this promotion.
  14. Manulife reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate this promotion, or alter the terms and conditions thereof at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of Manulife shall be final and binding. Manulife accepts no liability for any such change, termination and withdrawal.
  15. The terms and conditions herein shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
