We are pleased to share an exciting development regarding Manulife (International) Limited (“MIL”). Starting from November 2025, MIL will officially re-domicile from Bermuda to Hong Kong pursuant to the HKSAR government's new company re-domiciliation regime, subject to relevant regulatory approvals. Personal customer login

Our website allows you to manage your portfolio with Manulife conveniently and comfortably from home, office or just about anywhere with Internet connection. Once you successfully log in, you can enjoy a wide array of digital services we provide.

You may follow the steps below to create your username and password for login to our digital services:

  1. Click "Login" in the upper right-hand corner and select "Personal customer login".
  2. Click “Register an account”, then follow the on-screen instructions.

You may follow the steps below to reset your password:

  1. Click "Login" in the upper right-hand corner and select "Personal customer login".
  2. Click "Forgot password?", then follow the on-screen instructions.

Reset password guide for personal customers

You may follow the steps below to retrieve your username:

  1. Click "Login" in the upper right-hand corner and select "Personal customer login".
  2. Click “Forgot username?”, then follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. If you have created your username before, it will be displayed on screen for you to log in.

Your password for login to your online account will be suspended automatically if the number of failed login attempts has exceeded the limit. You can click "Forgot password?" and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.

Reset password guide for personal customers

A dedicated Owner Number (ON) is required for the joint owners to create a separate username for their jointly owned policy / account. Please complete the Joint Owner Authorization Form. Upon receipt of the completed form, the ON will be mailed to your correspondence address within 5 business days.

System requirements

  • A device with an internet connection
  • Recommend to use the latest version of Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge browser for the best viewing experience
  • Windows 7 or above
  • The operating system and browser must support Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 encryption
