Reset password guide for personal customers

Click “Forgot password?”.

Step 4 of 6:
Enter your registered email address or mobile number to receive your one-time PIN (OTP).

Step 5 of 6:
Enter the OTP received by email or SMS within 5 minutes.

Step 6 of 6:
Create your new password for future login.
