Step 1 of 7:
To reset your PIN, click here or “Login” at the top right corner, then select “Personal customer login”.
Step 2 of 7:
Click the “Forgot PIN” hyperlink.
Step 3 of 7:
Enter your HKID / Passport Number and Date of Birth.
Step 4 of 7:
Select to receive your one-time PIN by SMS or email, and confirm your registered mobile number or email address.
Step 5 of 7:
Enter the one-time PIN received by SMS or email within 60 minutes.
Step 6 of 7:
Set up your new PIN for future login.
Step 7 of 7:
Click the "Login" button to log in to our Customer Website.
Upon successful login, you can view and manage your policy and portfolio, as well as gaining access to a host of other useful information.
