1. This “Play and Win! Health Master Campaign” (“Campaign”) is organized by Manulife (International) Limited (Incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability) (“Manulife”). The campaign period is valid from May 6, 2025 at 9 a.m. to May 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (Hong Kong and Macau Time) (“Campaign Period”). By participating in the Campaign, the participants are deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Anyone can participate in the Campaign, but only those who meet the following requirements (each an "Eligible Participant") will be entitled to receive the relevant rewards upon completing the related tasks.

4. During the Campaign Period, the first 5,000 Eligible Participants who answer three simple health-related questions and successfully register on the designated promotion website will receive a HK$10 Convenience Store e-Gift Voucher ("Game Reward"). The Game Reward quota for Hong Kong and Macau is a total of 5,000, available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. For the avoidance of doubt, the first 5,000 Eligible Participants will be determined based on Manulife's system records. Eligible Participants will receive a confirmation email after completing the game, and the Game Reward will be included in the confirmation email. Participants must download the voucher from the designated redemption website within the specified date listed in the email.
General terms and conditions of the Meet-up Reward
5. During the Campaign Period, the first 2,000 Eligible Participants who successfully register through the designated registration page and complete a meeting with the designated Manulife financial advisor (including designated servicing agent)/insurance advisor or Manulife's distribution partner assigned after registration during the Campaign Period will receive a HK$30 Convenience Store e-Gift Voucher or a HK$50 Convenience Store e-Gift Voucher, depending on the specific conditions outlined in the clause 7 of the general terms and conditions of the Meet-up Reward (hereinafter referred to as "Meet-up Reward"). The Meet-up Reward quota for Hong Kong and Macau is a total of 2,000, available on first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last. For the avoidance of doubt, the first 2,000 Eligible Participants will be determined based on Manulife’s system records.
6. If you schedule a meeting with a designated Manulife financial advisor (including designated servicing agent)/insurance advisor or Manulife's distribution partner during the Campaign, and you hold a Manulife MPF/ORSO account or a Manulife (Macau) Pension Fund Scheme account, and do not hold any other Manulife products, the meeting arrangements will be as follows:
Hong Kong: If you hold a Manulife MPF/ORSO account and do not hold other Manulife products, we will arrange your existing MPF/ORSO servicing agent or Manulife’s distribution partner of your MPF/ORSO account to contact you and assist you to review your MPF/ORSO portfolio.
Macau: If you are a Manulife (Macau) Pension Fund Scheme customer and do not hold other Manulife policies, we will arrange your designated Manulife insurance advisor to review your Manulife (Macau) Pension Fund Scheme portfolio.
7. Eligible Participant who completes the meeting during the Campaign Period can enjoy the following Meet-up Reward based on specific conditions:
a) If you are an existing customer of Manulife, you can enjoy a HK$50 Convenience Store e-Gift Voucher as a Meet-up Reward. An existing customer is defined as:
Hong Kong: an existing policyholder of any Manulife policy, excluding General Insurance distributed by Manulife and Investment Management (mutual funds/unit trusts), or a customer holding a Manulife MPF/ORSO account, with the relevant policy or MPF/ORSO account successfully approved or established on or before May 2, 2025, and still valid at the start of the Campaign Period; or
Macau: an existing policyholder of any Manulife policy or a customer holding a Manulife (Macau) Pension Fund Scheme account, with the relevant policy or Manulife (Macau) Pension Fund Scheme account successfully approved or established on or before May 2, 2025, and still valid at the start of the Campaign Period; or
b) If you are not an existing customer, you can enjoy HK$30 Convenience Store eGift Voucher as a Meet-up Reward.
8. Manulife will map the personal information you provided with Manulife's records to identify the status of existing customers. Manulife is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of the personal information provided by participants. If the submitted information is incorrect/inaccurate and leads to the failure to identify the status of existing customers, Manulife will not reissue the Reward.
9. Each Participant shall only be entitled to the Meet-up Reward once.
10. The meeting must be conducted in Hong Kong or Macau, according to the insurance license registration location of the designated Manulife financial advisor/insurance advisor.
11. Upon the completion of the meet up within the Campaign Period, Participants who are eligible to receive the Meet-up Reward will receive the Meet-up Reward notification email. Participants shall redeem the Voucher from the designated redemption webpage within the specified period as stated in the notification email.
General terms and conditions of the Referral Reward
12. Eligible Participants of the Campaign ("Referrer") who successfully introduce a new participant who has never registered before and meets all the following requirements ("Eligible Referral") will receive the referral reward specified in clause 3 of the terms and conditions ("Referral Reward"):
a) The referred participant must participate in the Campaign through the Referrer's unique link during the Campaign Period, i.e., answer 3 simple health-related questions and successfully register, and the Referrer's eligibility will depend on the unique link used by the referred participant; and
b) The referred participant must be in the same region as the Referrer and participate in the Campaign for the same region (i.e., if the Referrer is in and participating in the Hong Kong region Campaign, the Referrer can only introduce the referred participants who are also in Hong Kong to join the Hong Kong region Campaign through their unique link; otherwise, the system will not be able to recognize the Referrer's identity, and vice versa); and
c) The referred participant must be a new participant in the Campaign, i.e., the referred participant has never successfully registered for the Campaign before; and
d) The referred participant and the Referrer must not be the same person.
13. The Referrer will receive a HK$30 Convenience Store e-Gift Voucher for each successful referral of an Eligible Participant. During the Campaign Period, each Referrer can accumulate up to 3 Eligible Referrals (i.e., each Referrer can receive this referral reward up to three times), for a total maximum of HK$90 in vouchers. The total number of vouchers for the Referral Reward in Hong Kong and Macau is 2,000. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. To avoid any doubt, the first 2,000 Eligible Referral will be determined based on Manulife's system records.
14. During the Campaign Period, the Referrer will receive the Referral Reward notification email after the referred participant successfully registers for the Campaign. Manulife will not disclose the identity of the referred participant who completed the registration to the Referrer. The Referrer must redeem the voucher from the designated redemption website within the specified date mentioned in the notification email.
15. Under any circumstances, all Rewards (including Game Reward, Meet-up Reward and Referral Rewards) cannot be exchanged, transferred, returned, or redeemed for cash, other products, or services. If deleted, lost, damaged, or expired without use, they will not be reissued.
16. Manulife is not the supplier of the Rewards and therefore does not assume any responsibility related to the use or enjoyment of the Rewards, nor does it assume any responsibility for the validity and quality of the Rewards supplied. Any disputes arising from the Rewards must be resolved directly between the participant and the supplier. The use of the Rewards is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the supplier.
17. Manulife will not be responsible for and will not re-issue or refund any lost, damaged, stolen, or expired vouchers.
18. If any information Eligible Participant provided to Manulife for the Campaign (including but not limited to the name, phone number and email address) is/are incorrect, untrue, incomplete, or invalid, and/or does not meet the conditions specified in clause 2 of the terms and conditions, relevant Eligible Participant will lose the eligibility for participating in this Campaign without further notice.
19. Manulife financial advisors/insurance advisors are not allowed to participate in this Campaign. Staff employed under Manulife or its affiliates (“affiliates” means any person or entity directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by or under common control with Manulife) are eligible for participating in this Campaign.
20. Manulife is not responsible for verifying the email address and/or phone number submitted by Eligible Participant for participating in the Campaign. Should there be any misdelivery of email/SMS notification resulted from inaccurate/incorrect information submitted by the Eligible Participant, Manulife will not re-issue the Reward(s).
21. If the participants violate any applicable rules/regulations or commit any illegal acts that result in any losses on the part of Manulife or any third parties, the relevant participants shall be liable for all the losses.
22. Email / SMS notification or other Reward(s) redemption documents issued to the Eligible Participants will not be re-issued in case of loss or damage.
23. If for any reason the Campaign is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Manulife that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Campaign, Manulife reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process without prior notice.
24. Manulife has the sole and absolute discretion in, according to relevant clauses of the Terms and Conditions, determining a person’s eligibility to receive the Reward(s). If Manulife discovers at any time, whether after or during the Campaign Period, that any person has failed to comply with the Terms and Conditions, Manulife is entitled to disqualify the person from participating in the Campaign and receiving the Reward(s).
25. Manulife reserves the right to interpret the Terms and Conditions. In case of any disputes, Manulife’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
26. Privacy Statement
Participating in the Campaign will serve as the participant's consent to accept the Terms and Conditions and Manulife’s Personal Information Collection Statement, and agree to receive communications relating to the Campaign, including Reward notifications. For Manulife’s Statement of Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Statement, please refer to https://www.manulife.com.hk/en/individual/privacy-policy.html. Manulife hereby notifies the participants that personal information will be collected and used for the Campaign’s purpose, which include without limitation to the administration of the Campaign and contacting participants etc.
Whilst provision of personal data by the participant for this Campaign is voluntary, failure to supply personal data by the participant will result in Manulife unable to recognize the participant as an Eligible Participant, and consequently unable to enroll the participant to this Campaign. Manulife retains the rights to contact the participant concerning this Campaign, irrespective of the participant’s consent status to Direct Marketing as detailed in Manulife’s Personal Information Collection Statement.
27. If any term or condition of the Terms and Conditions is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that particular term or condition will not affect the legality, validity or enforceability of any of the remaining terms and conditions of the Terms & Conditions.
28. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macau Special Administrative Region. The Hong Kong and Macau Courts have exclusive jurisdiction if any dispute arises.
