“Live the Longevity Life” Programme – Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms and Conditions

1.1. The “Live the Longevity Life” Programme is operated by us, Manulife (International) Limited (“Manulife”), for Eligible Customers in Hong Kong (please refer to clause 2 below for its definition).

1.2. These Terms and Conditions apply to the “Live the Longevity Life” Programme and all privileges offered under it, including but not limited to welcome rewards, lucky draw activities, and experience activities organised by Manulife partners.

1.3. The most up-to-date version of these Terms and Conditions is available on the “Live the Longevity Life” Programme website. We recommend that you regularly review these Terms and Conditions, the membership and privilege information on the “Live the Longevity Life” website, and Manulife’s Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Statement applicable to Hong Kong. The date of the latest version of these Terms and Conditions can be found at the bottom of this page under the heading “Last updated”.

1.4. By becoming a member of the “Live the Longevity Life”, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1.6. By participating in the “Live the Longevity Life” Programme or using any of its privileges, you are deemed to have:

• read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which apply to the “Live the Longevity Life” website and the related promotional materials for all privileges offered; and
• acknowledged and agreed that any personal information you provide for joining the “ Live the Longevity Life” Programme is provided voluntarily and will only be used for membership administration, activity arrangement communications, eligibility verification and reward fulfilment purposes (including but not limited to welcome rewards, lucky draws, exclusive experience activities or activities organised by Manulife partners, if any). Such use may include the personal information submitted when you applied for the Eligible Policy and the personal information submitted when you registered for the “ Live the Longevity Life” Programme, but only to the extent necessary to verify eligibility, activate membership, record and follow up your participation in activities under this Programme, and send you communications relating to the privileges. The use of such information is limited to this Programme and shall not constitute, or be treated as, use for the administration or servicing of the relevant policy, nor create any contractual relationship with Manulife beyond this Programme. Unless we have obtained your explicit consent separately, your personal information will not be used for direct marketing purposes.

1.7. Manulife shall have the sole and absolute discretion to revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any revised version of these Terms and Conditions will take effect on the date of publication on the website. Continued participation in the “ Live the Longevity Life” Programme or use of any privileges will be deemed as your full and unconditional acceptance of any amendments.

1.8. It is your responsibility to keep yourself up to date in respect of the “Live the Longevity Life” Programme and these Terms and Conditions.

2. Membership and Membership Application Procedures of the “LIVE THE LONGEVITY LIFE”

2.1. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, an Eligible Customer refers to a policy applicant who submits an Eligible Policy Application to Manulife in Hong Kong and is eligible to apply to become a member of and participate in the “Live the Longevity Life” Programme (“Eligible Customer”). An Eligible Policy Application refers to an individual insurance policy application signed and submitted to Manulife in Hong Kong by you as the Eligible Customer, and must meet all of the following criteria (“Eligible Policy Application”):

• A new application for a designated basic plan (“Designated Basic Plan”) must be signed and submitted to Manulife in Hong Kong between 20 July 2026 and 31 October 2026, both dates inclusive;
• the policy applicant must be aged 18 or above at the time of application;
• the annualized premium of the policy must be at least HKD 10,000; and
• a valid email address must be registered with Manulife.

Designated Basic Plans

2.2. Eligible Customers must, on or before 31 October 2026, submit the required information at the designated registration page on the Manulife website or Manulife app to apply for membership of the “ Live the Longevity Life”. Once the information is successfully submitted, Manulife will verify your eligibility. Upon confirmation of membership eligibility, your membership will be automatically activated. If the information provided is incomplete, incorrect or cannot be successfully verified, the application will not be processed, and Manulife reserves the right to reject or cancel the membership eligibility.

2.3. Membership of the “ Live the Longevity Life is only available to individual Eligible Customers of Manulife. It is not applicable to corporate or other legal entity customers. Each individual is entitled to one membership only.

2.4. Membership of the “ Live the Longevity Life” Programme is personal to the Eligible Customer and may not be assigned at law or in equity.

2.5. Membership of the “ Live the Longevity Life” is valid until 30 June 2027.

2.6. Manulife shall have the sole discretion to revise from time to time the requirements on Eligible Policy Application(s) for approval of any policy applicant as a member of the “ Live the Longevity Life”.

3. Privileges under the “LIVE THE LONGEVITY LIFE” Programme

3.1. Only “ Live the Longevity Life” members are eligible to enjoy the privileges. Privileges are for personal use only and not for commercial purposes.

3.2. Upon successful submission and verification of membership eligibility, each eligible member will be entitled to one welcome reward — an electronic gift voucher valued at HKD 50 (“the Voucher”). Each eligible member is entitled to the welcome reward once only. The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and is non-replaceable, non-refundable and non-transferable. Manulife is not the supplier of the Voucher and makes no representation, warranty or undertaking in and shall not be liable in any way for any fault, negligence and/or default in relation to the provision and use of the Voucher provided by the relevant supplier(s). Any disputes arising from the Voucher shall be resolved between the eligible member and the relevant supplier(s). The use of the Voucher shall be subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated by the supplier(s) of the Voucher from time to time. Manulife will not be responsible for and will not re-issue or refund any lost, damaged, stolen, or expired Vouchers.

3.3. In general, once you become the “ Live the Longevity Life” member, you will be eligible to access the relevant privileges. The “ Live the Longevity Life” Programme website will explain the availability of each privilege and the relevant terms and conditions applicable to each privilege.

3.4. You may opt out of receiving information related to the “ Live the Longevity Life” Programme by emailing service_hk@manulife.com. However, if you choose to opt out, you will no longer receive updates or promotional information relating to the “ Live the Longevity Life” Programme. Please note that you may still receive administrative communications necessary for the operation of your membership.

3.5. The relevant privileges are provided by partners, which are independent contractors and not agents of Manulife. Manulife makes no representation, warranty or undertaking as to the availability of any service provided by such partners and shall not be liable to members for any loss, damage, expense, suit, action or proceedings suffered or incurred by members, whether directly or indirectly, arising from or in connection with the services provided or advice given by such partners and/or their agents, or the availability of such services. Where it is necessary to share personal information with such partners for the provision of privileges, this will be done strictly in accordance with Manulife’s Personal Information Collection Statement.

3.6. Manulife reserves the right to change the identity and scope of partners, the structure of privileges, and the eligibility criteria at any time. If any partner withdraws from the “ Live the Longevity Life” Programme or ceases to provide partner services for any reason, Manulife shall not be held responsible.

4. Termination of Membership

4.1. You may terminate your membership in the “ Live the Longevity Life” Programme at any time by sending an email to service_hk@manulife.com with at least 30 days’ prior written notice.

4.2. If all of your Eligible Policy Applications have been withdrawn or cancelled, your membership and all entitled privileges will be automatically terminated on the date of withdrawal or cancellation of the last Eligible Policy Application.

4.3. Upon termination of your membership for any reason, your right to use the privileges will cease at the time your membership in the “ Live the Longevity Life” Programme is terminated, subject to the terms of our agreements with relevant partners and the applicable terms and conditions of such partners.

4.4. Termination of your membership will not affect the general handling of personal information under any Eligible Policy Application. Such data will continue to be processed in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of policy application, relevant laws, and Manulife’s Personal Information Collection Statement.

4.5. Manulife reserves the sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice, to modify, terminate, suspend, cancel, stop, recall or revoke the “ Live the Longevity Life” Programme, benefits, these Terms and Conditions and Manulife’s Privacy Policy (in whole or in part) at any time for any reason.

5. Other Important Information

5.1. We shall be entitled from time to time to contact you via electronic transmission (e.g. email), SMS, MMS, telephone, fax and other means of communication in respect of your membership and participation in the Programme. We will use reasonable methods to convey notices and other material relevant to members of the “ Live the Longevity Life” Programme to advise you of any important matters, including changes to the Programme, but we shall not be responsible for correspondence lost or destroyed.

5.2. Any notice or other material shall be deemed to have been communicated if it is uploaded to the “ Live the Longevity Life” Programme website or sent to the email address last notified to us by you. You are responsible for advising us of any change in your contact details, including your email address, and ensuring that your email address remains current and unblocked and that our communications are not filtered or placed in a location where you do not see them. Manulife shall not be liable for failure to deliver a notice to you where you have failed to comply with the above.

5.3. These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between you and Manulife shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong if you are a member of the “ Live the Longevity Life” Programme.

5.4. Manulife reserves the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. In case of any dispute, Manulife’s decision shall be final and conclusive.

5.5. If there is any discrepancy between the information contained in the promotional materials relating to this Programme and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
