At week 5, classes will help you find solace in movement and discover the transformative power of exercise in alleviating stress. With each workout, you will experience the release of tension, the revitalisation of your body, and the uplift of your spirit.

Warm & Relaxing Stretch, Yin, Body Combat

Reward Yourself
Celebrate your journey towards achieving a balanced soul! During this final week, we have created a fitness routine that not only challenges and strengthens your body and mind but also brings joy and fulfillment to your life. Immerse yourself in the gratifying and rewarding emotions of achieving a better version of yourself.

Classes include：
Contemporary Dance, United Dance, Body Jam, The TRIP, Yoga for Better Sleep
