We want to emphasize that this website and all the information it contains — including the phone number, contact address, email address, and QR codes — are not owned, operated, associated with, or endorsed by Manulife.

We take this matter very seriously and have reported it to the Insurance Authority. We are coordinating with the regulatory body for further investigations and reserve the right to take any necessary legal action.

Protect your personal data by keeping your Manulife customer website login password safe and change your password regularly. Manulife will never call you or send any SMS/email asking for your Manulife customer website login password. How to join “Friends of Future-Ready Experience”

Policy applicants of Eligible Policy Application who are aged 18 or above and have a valid email address and/or mobile number registered with Manulife are eligible. The Eligible Policy Application must meet the following criteria:

A new application for a designated basic plan (“Designated Basic Plan”) must be signed and submitted to Manulife in Hong Kong or Macau between 21 July 2025 and 20 October 2025 (both dates inclusive); and
the annualized premium of the policy must be at least HKD 10,000; and
the proposed insured person must be aged 18 or below at the time of policy application.

Register with the membership number on the designated website to activate the membership on or before 31 October 2025

Hong Kong Member – refers to a Eligible Customer whose Eligible Policy Application is submitted to Manulife in Hong Kong and successfully registered
Macau Member – refers to a Eligible Customer whose Eligible Policy Application is submitted to Manulife in Macau and successfully registered

The “Friends of Future-Ready Experience” programme is subject to terms and conditions.
Membership is only available to individual Eligible Customer of Manulife. It is not applicable to corporate or other legal entity customers. Each individual is entitled to one membership only.
The membership of the “Friends of Future-Ready Experience” is valid until 30 June 2026.
You may terminate your “Friends of Future-Ready Experience” membership at any time by sending an email to service_hk@manulife.com with at least 30 days’ prior written notice.
When all the Eligible Policy Application(s) have been withdrawn or canceled, the membership together with all the entitled privileges will be automatically terminated on the date of the last Eligible Policy Application withdrawn or canceled.
