Oesophago-gastro-duodenoscopy (OGD)/Colonoscopy Pre-Admission Consultation Service

Assess your medical need to help you make suitable arrangements

We offer a pre-admission consultation to help you make the necessary medical arrangements in advance. Based on the insured’s declared health conditions, we will assess whether the admission arrangements are medically necessary.

Complete and submit form

Submit an OGD/Colonoscopy Day Surgery or Hospital Admission Consultation Form that has been completed by the policyholder, the insured or attending doctor at least 5 working days prior to hospitalization by emailing it to health_HK@manulife.com

Receive email notification

The results of the consultation will be emailed to you within 5 working days

Complete the examination and submit claim

Upon completing the examination or your hospital discharge, please settle the bill and submit claim based on the Hospital Claims Instructions as specified in the OGD/Colonoscopy Day Surgery or Hospital Admission Consultation Form.
