List of Designated Hospitals in Mainland China

If you are insured under the Company’s designated Medical and/ or Critical Illness insurance plan(s), for the eligible expenses to be covered under the designated plans, hospitalization and treatments have to be occurred under a Grade 3 public hospital that is rated by the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China or National Healthcare Security Administration, or hospitals within the Company ’s List of Designated Hospitals in Mainland China. The Company has the right to review and revise the list of designated hospitals in Mainland China from time to time at its own discretion without prior notice, and the above date will be regarded as the last updated and effective date.
