We take this matter very seriously and have reported it to the Insurance Authority. We are coordinating with the regulatory body for further investigations and reserve the right to take any necessary legal action.

Investment-linked Assurance Scheme – Alpha Regular Investor

Step 1: Select the account (if applicable) and the fund(s) / investment choice(s) you would like to switch out, then click “Next”.

Step 2: Select the switch out option, the fund(s) / investment choice(s) you would like to switch in and input the switch out % / unit, then click “Review”.

Only number digit is allowed for input
Switch out % should be a whole number
Switch out units should be rounded to 4 decimal places maximum

Step 3: Review the details, then click “Submit” to complete your instruction.

After your submission is complete, a reference number will be assigned and displayed on the screen. You can also go to “Accounts > Policy / account activity summary” to view your instruction record.
