Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion is organized by Manulife (International) Limited (Incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability) (“Manulife”).
  2. The promotion period is from November 1, 2021 until November 30, 2021 (“Promotion Period”).
  3. This promotion is exclusive to selected MPF members who fulfill the following requirements (“Eligible Customers”):
    a. Received the invitation (email/sms/customer website notice); and
    b. Opted for the e-Statement / e-Notice service for MPF via customer website by November 30, 2021
  4. The first 15,000 Eligible Customers will be entitled to HK $100 ParknShop/ foodpanda e-Cash Vouchers (“Voucher”).
  5. Each Eligible Customer is entitled to no more than one Voucher.
  6. The Voucher will be sent to the registered email address or mobile number of the Eligible Customer by February 28, 2022.
  7. Manulife reserves the right to replace the Voucher with any alternative gift without prior notice.
  8. The Voucher (or any alternative gift) offered under this promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products, and must be used according to the terms and conditions of the supplying merchant(s).
  9. The supplying merchant(s) of the Voucher (or any alternative gift) shall be the principal party in providing their products and/or services to the Eligible Customers. Manulife is not responsible for and shall have no liability in respect of the quality and availability of the products and/ or services provided by the supplying merchant(s) of the Voucher (or any alternative gift).
  10. Manulife shall accept no responsibility for not being able to contact the Eligible Customers to successfully deliver the Voucher (or any alternative gift) or for any failure of the Eligible Customers to receive the Voucher (or any alternative gift) that has been sent .
  11. In the event of any dispute regarding this promotion or any of these terms and conditions, Manulife's decision shall be final and conclusive.
  12. The terms and conditions herein shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
  13. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese and English version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
