We take this matter very seriously and have reported it to the Insurance Authority. We are coordinating with the regulatory body for further investigations and reserve the right to take any necessary legal action.

Step 1: Select the premium type and view your current allocation for future premiums.

Step 2: Select the fund(s) / investment choice(s) for allocating your future premium and input the allocation %, then click “Review”.

Allocation % should be a whole number

Step 3: Review the details, then click “Submit” to complete your instruction.

After your submission is complete, a reference number will be assigned and displayed on the screen. You can also go to “Accounts > Policy / account activity summary” to view your instruction record.
