Eligible medical treatments under 8 specialties include
- Gastroenterology & Hepatology: Oesophago-gastro-duodenoscopy (OGD); colonoscopy with/without polypectomy
- General Surgery: Oesophago-gastro-duodenoscopy (OGD); colonoscopy with/without biopsy; breast, thyroid or skin biopsy
- Orthopedics & Traumatology: Release of Trigger Finger; joint aspiration or injection
- Otorhinolaryngology (ENT): Excision of sublingual salivary cyst
- Ophthalmology: Cataract; glaucoma; retinal surgery
- Dermatology: Wart removal (Managed by Plastic Surgery, Dermatology & General Practitioner)
- Obstetrics & Gynaecology: Colposcopy; hysteroscopy
- Urology: Cystoscopy; prostate biopsy; extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for urinary stone (ESWL)

- Please indicate identity of Manulife customer and want to use Manulife Cashless Day Surgery eService at the time of appointment.
- If your pre-approval application is declined, you will be required to pay the pre-consultation fee at the day case surgery center.
- For fees not included in your coverage, please pay the day surgery center directly.
