Regarding MPF cold calls, please click here. Besides, Manulife and its agents would not invite or claim to assist clients to withdraw accrued benefits from MPF accounts.  If you receive suspicious calls from any individuals impersonating “Manulife”, claiming to assist in withdrawing accrued benefits from MPF accounts, please do not provide any personal information and/ or MPF account information to suspicious individuals.

Beware of scams! Do not provide bank, credit card, investment, insurance and MPF account or other key personal information via hyperlinks embedded in suspicious messages purported to be coming from our institution!

Manulife will never call you or send any SMS/email asking for your Manulife customer website login password. Manulife eClaim ClaimSimple hk for Individual Claims

With our enhanced online medical claims service, both individual and group medical policy customers1 can now submit claims, including outpatient, hospitalization, accident, critical illness, and disability.  Additionally, we will provide SMS updates to keep you informed about the status of your claims.

 

Make a claim in 4 simple steps

  3. Select claim payment method
  4. Review and submit

After successful submission, a reference number will be displayed immediately. You can download the PDF file of the claim application and receive acknowledgment via email / SMS. You can also view your application record at any time through "My Claims."

For death claim, please submit the form and relevant documents in person at the customer service center or send by mail.

  

We provide comprehensive information on doctors for selected group medical policy customers. You can also search by location, medical specialty, etc. The doctor’s name, clinic address, location map, phone number and office hours are all included for your easy, at-a-glance reference!

If you are a selected group medical insurance customer, you can simply download and use your medical card at the doctor’s office. No more worries about losing or forgetting to bring your medical card from now on. Other benefits include:

  • no filing of claims
  • no waiting period for reimbursement

  1. Applicable to individual and insured member of group medical policies only. Manulife may, without prior notification, offer or suspend the service at its discretion. Please keep your original receipts and documents for 90 days upon completion of the claim as we may request them for verification.

  3. For use by Manulife group medical insurance customers during their consultations with doctors in the Manulife network.
