Customer Website - Change your beneficiary for individual insurance policy

Step 1 (of 4)

After logging into the Manulife customer website, click on "Portfolio" from the menu bar and select "Change beneficiary".

Then on the "Change beneficiary" page, simply choose the policy you’d like to change beneficiary for.

Alternatively, you could first select the related policy on the home page. Then click on the "Manage policy" shortcut on the right hand corner, and select "Change beneficiary".

Step 2 (of 4)

On the "Change beneficiary" page, fill in information of the beneficiary of your own preference. This is also where you can view information of your existing beneficiary.

Please check and verify the information carefully.

Step 4 (of 4)

Read and agree to the declaration and authorization. 

After your “Change Beneficiary” instruction is submitted online, you will receive an acknowledgment SMS and email. A confirmation notice will be issued to you after the approval and completion of your beneficiary change request.

Remarks:

  • This online function is available for eligible policies issued in Hong Kong or Macau.
  • SMS only covers customers with mobile number in Hong Kong, Macau and China.
