After logging into the Manulife customer website, click on "Payment" from the menu bar and select "Change premium payment mode / method".
Then on the "Change premium payment mode / method" page, simply select the policy you’d like to apply the change for.
Alternatively, you could first select the related policy on the home page. Then click on the "Manage policy" shortcut on the right hand corner, and select "Change premium payment mode / method".
On the "Change premium payment mode / method" page, select your preferred premium payment mode and/or method.
According to your selection, the total amount required for the change (if applicable) will be displayed for your reference.
Please check and verify the information.
Read and agree to the declaration.
After submission of the request, follow the instruction to set up direct debit authorization for autopay and/or settle the total amount required to complete your change request.
You will receive SMS and email to acknowledge your request. A confirmation notice will be issued to you after the approval and completion of your request.
