Manulife MPF is teaming up with St. James’ Settlement to launch the ‘Go Paperless’ Education Aid Program, through which at least 100 Apple iPads*# will be donated to recommended local primary schools for the 2020/21 school year. Your participation will be a big step forward for this initiative! From now until June 30, 2020, the more of our MPF members who opt for our e-services, the more under-resourced students who will benefit. As many as 400 iPads* will be donated by Manulife MPF through this program! For planet Earth, for under-resourced children, your participation will go a long way!

Protect the environment

Opting for e-services can help cut down on the use of paper and help conserve nature. In 2018 alone, as many as 70 million sheets of papers were consumed in Hong Kong for various materials for communicating with MPF members in Hong Kong. That’s equivalent to cutting down 8,000 trees^!

Change students’ lives

Since e-learning has become widespread at primary schools, most schools require their students to be equipped with tablet computers for classes and homework. Not all families, however, can afford this additional expense. Through the ‘Go Paperless’ Education Aid Programme, a joint initiative by Manulife MPF and St. James’ Settlement, you can do your part to help give under-resourced students better access to e-learning opportunities.

How to opt for the service?

Login to your personal customer account

Forgot your pin?

Go to “Account Setting” and click “e-Statement Setting”, then click “Select All” to receive e-Statements / e-Notices for all available products.

3. Confirm

Click “Confirm” to opt for e-Statement and e-Notice Service.

 To ensure receipt of eAlerts, please update your email address when necessary 

1. Select

Go to “Account Setting” and click “Update Contact Information”

2. Update

Update your email address.

3. Confirm

Review information and click “Confirm”, eAlerts will be sent to your updated email address.

The VHIS Office recently discovered a translation error in the Chinese version of the Schedule of Surgical Procedures of the Certified Plan Policy Template. In the fracture/dislocation section of the Surgical Schedule, “clavicle” on the 8th and 12th items was mistranslated as “scapula” and “scapula” on the 13th item was mistranslated as “clavicle”. Manulife has reviewed and revised the relevant product information of Manulife’s VHIS certified plans upon the VHIS Office’s request, and has revised the Chinese version of the certified plans’ policy provisions accordingly. The English version of the policy provisions is not affected. For any enquiries, please contact Manulife’s service hotline at 2108 1188.
