How to opt for the service?

1. Login

Log in to our website or mobile app. If you have not yet downloaded our mobile app and want to learn more details, you can visit this page.

2. Opt in the e-Service

(1) Go to “Profile” in Manulife Hong Kong website, or go to the Homepage or “Menu” page in mobile app,

(2) Select "e-Statement / e-Notice settings“, then

(3) Slide the button to the right (to green color) to opt for e-Statement / e-Notice Service.

3. Confirm

Click "Agree" to indicate your consent.

To ensure receipt of e-Alert, please update your email address when necessary and ensure it is always up-to-date.
Once the e-Statement / e-Notice is ready, we will notify you via e-Alert.

1. Select

(1) Go to “Profile”, then

(2) Select “Contact information”.

2. Update

Click “Edit” to update your email address.

3. Confirm

Review information and click “Confirm” to receive e-Alerts via the updated email address.

⁺For MPF products, e-Statement are retained for up to 27 months and e-Notice are retained for up to 12 months, depending on document type.
