In 2018 alone, as many as 70 million sheets of papers were consumed for various materials for communicating with MPF members in Hong Kong. That’s equivalent to cutting down 8,000 trees^. Opting for e-Service to help cut down on the use of paper and help conserve nature.

e-Alert notifications will be sent to you once an updated e-Statement or e-Notice is ready, so that you can grasp the latest information.

Log in to our customer website to view e-Statements and e-Notices anytime, anywhere.

e-Statements and e-Notices are retained for up to 27 months+. You can download and save documents for future reference.
