What is ManuMaster Healthcare Series/Benefit?

As you progress towards different milestones and take on greater family responsibilities, quality medical protection becomes essential for ensuring the right treatment for you and your family whenever necessary. The ManuMaster Healthcare Series comes with three options to suit different needs. 

How we got you covered?

Extensive medical coverage and services

Covers expenses for hospital room and board, surgeon’s fees, doctor’s visits, medical appliances, cancer treatments, etc.

Various daily cash benefits

You will receive various cash benefits for financial support without affecting the annual deductible (if applicable).

Cashless arrangement for hospital stay

By the credit service arrangement¹ prior to the admission of hospital, we will pay the hospital and surgical expenses directly on your behalf.

No-claim deductible credit

After a 2-year no claim period², you’ll receive a deductible credit³ of 15% of the annual premium for the following policy year.

Countrywide hospital network

Enjoy the protection of an extensive hospital network covering cities throughout mainland China.

Option to lower annual deductible once

You have the option to reduce the plan’s annual deductible once, regardless of your medical conditions, giving you more flexibility as you prepare for your retirement.

    2. No Claim Period is for deductible credit calculation. Please refer to the policy provision for detailed terms and conditions for such calculation.
    3. Deductible credits are only applicable to the plans with annual deductible options. Please see the policy provision for details on how exactly the deductible credits are calculated and the terms and conditions that apply.
    4. Wellness checkpoint is only available in Hong Kong and Macau. We reserve the right to change or terminate the wellness checkpoint at any time without giving you notice.
    5. This is only applicable in the scenario that the plan has been inforce for two consecutive policy years and the life insured reached 30 at the beginning of the second consecutive year.
    6. The service is provided by a third party service provider which is an independent contractor and is not our agent. We shall make no representation, warranty or undertaking as to the availability of any medical opinions given by the medical service provider or any services given by the service providers.
