First Time Login Guide for Personal Customers

As a new customer you can now enjoy access to our secure Customer Website, where you can check policy details, track fund performance and manage your MPF, ORSO or pension account, whenever you like.

To get started, just follow the simple step-by-step guide below. We hope you enjoy using our online services.

Step 1:

To login, click here or “LOGIN” in the top right corner, then select “PERSONAL CUSTOMER LOGIN”.

Enter your HKID / passport number and date of birth.

Step 4:

Select how you would like to receive your PIN; by SMS (text message) or email.

  • If you select “By SMS”, please enter your registered Hong Kong or Macau mobile number.
  • If you select “By Email”, please enter your registered email address.

Step 5:

Create a one-time Activation Code that contains 8 alpha / numeric characters (that means letters and numbers, but no characters like “?@-,:;!.).

Step 6:

Memorize the PIN sent by SMS or email.

Step 7:

Enter your HKID / passport number, or username / Manulife Customer Number (MCN), followed by the PIN we just sent you.

Step 8:

Enter the Activation Code you created when requesting your new PIN.

Step 9:

Personalize your PIN for future use.

And you’re done! Upon successful login, you can enjoy a wide range of online services.
